1️⃣ 📅 Order in Advance – Please place your order at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure timely delivery. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
 
2️⃣ 📏 Size & Customization – Standard size is 7.5 width, but custom sizes are available upon request. Be sure to provide all personalization details when ordering (name, age, colors, theme, one inspo pic of theme).
 
3️⃣ 🎨 Color & Design Approval – I will send a mock-up for approval before cutting. Please review carefully, as changes after approval may not be possible.
 
4️⃣ 🚚 Shipping  – I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.
 
5️⃣ 🚫 No Cancellations/Refunds – Since each cake topper is custom-made, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once production has started.
 
6️⃣ 📩 Damaged Items – If your topper arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can find a solution. 
 
7️⃣ 💖 Handmade with Love – Each topper is crafted with care, so slight variations may occur. These make your topper unique! 
 
📣 Social Media Exposure
By placing an order, you agree that photos of your custom cake topper may be shared on my social media for promotional purposes. This helps my small business grow and reach more people! 📸✨
